Kathy Ngo, Licensed Massage Therapist
I started my massage journey after realizing I was made for so much more than fulfilling someone else’s dream of becoming a doctor or an engineer. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, I attended IPFW, where I earned an Associate's degree in Information Systems. Although my career initially took a different path, I returned to school in 2020 to pursue my passion for massage therapy. In 2021, I earned my Diploma in Sports and Medical Massage from Indiana Wellness College, followed by my Neolifting certification in 2026. I am committed to continuing my education and expanding my expertise through advanced training and specialized certifications.
I was drawn to massage therapy after recognizing the growing need for a more holistic approach to health and wellness. That passion became deeply personal through my mother, whose selflessness has always inspired me. She spent her life caring for others, often putting their needs before her own, and viewed self-care as a luxury rather than a necessity.
Watching her made me realize how many people share the same mindset. My goal is to educate, support, and guide every client toward a healthier lifestyle by making self-care feel accessible, intentional, and free of guilt. After all, you can't pour from an empty cup—taking care of yourself isn't selfish; it's essential.
I believe true wellness is about caring for the mind, body, and soul. Whether you're seeking pain relief, recovery, or relaxation, my goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel supported, restored, and one step closer to living your healthiest life.
Thank you for choosing Benevolent Wellness, I am so excited for you to start or continue a new wellness venture with me.
